To meet your demand for seminar room rental, Hotel Charleroi Airport offers you the choice between two options:

  • One day package (8h) for a minimum of 15 people

  • The room: Office set, note pad, bics, white board, mints
  • Multimedia: Screen, overhead projector, flipshart
  • On buffet: Home coffee + cake
  • Coffee break in the morning (coffee, juice, water)
  • Coffee break in the afternoon Lunch (with water on the table): the Sandwiches formula, the Business Lunch formula or the formula Menu of the day 3 Services
  • This package of 45 € / person includes the rental of the room, basic equipment and cleaning.

If you want to book our hotel rooms, the price of these is to add to the amount of the package.
